Kaiser Permanente Georgia Honored for Multicultural Care
Congratulations to Kaiser Permanente Georgia for being the first health care organization in the Southwest to receive the Multicultural Health Care Distinction award from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The award recognizes organizations that meet rigorous standards in race, ethnicity, and language data collection; access to language services; practitioner cultural responsiveness; and reducing health care disparities.
“They are leaders in closing the ethnic and racial disparities gap,” said NCQA President Margaret E. O’Kane.
