In addition to providing health care and coverage for low-income people, Kaiser Permanente's community investments include grants, sponsorships, and volunteerism. The Kaiser Permanente Fresno Community Benefit program service area includes the eastern part of Fresno County, most of Madera County, the northeast part of Kings County, and just into the northwest of Tulare County.

Sponsorship and mini-grant applications for activities, such as community health fairs, health education forums, conferences, symposiums, and short-term projects, are accepted on an ongoing basis from January 1, 2013 through October 31, 2013. Sponsorship requests must be submitted electronically a minimum of 45 days prior to the project start date and cannot exceed $5,000.
Access the online application. As part of the sponsorship application process, you will need to download and complete the Fresno Budget Template and Nondiscrimination Statement and submit through the online application.
