The South Sacramento Service area supports Sacramento County south of Highway 50, encompassing the cities of Sacramento, Elk Grove and Galt and also a portion of Amador County.
Through an in-depth community needs assessment, we identified health priorities, health disparities, and barriers to health care for vulnerable and underserved populations. The findings from this study guide our contributions to the community.
