Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Ohio’s Thriving Communities Grant Program seeks proposals that will improve the health and wellness of individuals, families, and communities in Northeast Ohio.
In 2013 Kaiser Permanente will accept Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) throughout the year; there is no grant deadline. Letters of Inquiry must be submitted via the online application link below and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Full proposals will be invited based on alignment with Kaiser Permanente guidelines and the availability of funds.
Thriving Communities Grants Guidelines
We welcome questions from applicants early in the process and encourage you to contact us to discuss how your organization and programs might fit with Kaiser Permanente’s guidelines.
Letters of Inquiry must be submitted online; paper and email submissions are not accepted. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the initial review of the LOI.
For questions about using the online application system view the IGAM FAQ.
