Kaiser Permanente is a founding partner of the Healthy Eating Active Living Convergence Partnership, which includes The California Endowment, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Nemours Health and Prevention Services and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. The goals of the partnership are to accelerate and support policy and environmental changes in the area of healthy eating and active living. Many of our regions are also working with local funders, public agencies and others on regional convergence activities that have similar goals.
