Women’s night out in Santa Rosa: be inspired and informed

Gather your girlfriends and treat yourself to a night of empowerment and learning.

We invite you to the Women’s Night Out series at our Santa Rosa Medical Center. This fall, we’re offering two sessions led by dynamic speakers.

Bringing Food Back to the Table (October 14)
Learn the benefits of enjoying fresh, local, seasonal food. You’ll discover that what and when you eat, as well as where your food comes from and how it’s prepared, can contribute to your mood and wellness. The session will be led by a group of registered dietitians.

Women and Sleep (November 4)
Explore the causes of sleep problems in women — including hormonal changes and stress — and learn self-care techniques that can help you get a good night’s sleep. This session will be led by Catherine Gutfreund, MD, a family medicine physician at our Santa Rosa Medical Center, and Bonnie Beem, MFT, a licensed therapist who teaches several of our mental health classes.

Attendance details:
Each session begins with check-in and refreshments at 6 p.m. Presentations begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. There’s no fee for members or nonmembers to attend, so invite the women you love to come along. Registration is recommended, as space is limited.
