Make your prescription refills come to you

Why take time from your busy day to drive to the pharmacy—using up gas, sitting in traffic—and stand in line? Instead, just go to your mailbox.

Ordering prescription refills can be simple and convenient. Just pick up the phone or get on your computer to get most refills sent directly to you.

Best of all, you can request refills 24 hours a day and shipping is free. Here’s how:

  • Online: Go to My Health Manager and click on “Pharmacy center.” Available to members receiving care/filling prescriptions at Kaiser Permanente facilities.
  • By phone: Call the refill phone number on your prescription bottle. Have your Kaiser Permanente ID card, credit card, and prescription number from the bottle’s label ready before you call.

Be sure to select the mail option to have your refills sent to your home. Allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
