You can help Kaiser Permanente continue delivering quality care by providing your feedback. Our team reviews feedback about what we’re doing right or how we can make members’ experiences even better. If a member’s comments indicate a problem, we’ll get in touch as soon as we can.
Samuel Kay is one of many members who submitted comments about service at our Anaheim Medical Center. Kay hadn’t been feeling well for months, and began having trouble with his vision. After an MRI, Kay learned he had a pituitary tumor that was pressing against the nerves of his eyes. Following surgery to remove as much of the benign tumor as possible, his vision was completely restored and Kay went home the next day.
“I was extremely impressed with Kaiser Permanente,” he wrote. “I feel blessed and fortunate to have had such wonderful doctors taking care of me.”
Member Anna Hamp also shared about when she had to take her 21-month-old daughter to the UrgiCenter at our Harbor-MacArthur Medical Offices. Earlier that day, her daughter had a febrile seizure and was running a high fever. After arriving at the UrgiCenter, her daughter was promptly diagnosed with a virus.
“Everyone there was wonderful and the doctor explained everything to me,” says Hamp. “We went home just 30 minutes later and my daughter was better in a couple of days.”

There will soon be more for new moms and dads to love at our Anaheim Medical Center. We’re building a new facility on a campus less than two miles from the existing facility. Scheduled to open in October 2012, this new medical center will offer even more services for mothers and their new babies.
Just as we do at our current facility, we’ll have physicians, neonatologists, and midwives in-house around the clock. We’ll also have a Level IIIB neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), which means we can provide nearly any intensive care service a newborn might need.
The new facility will also feature:
