Baldwin Park: ‘Stork Parking’ for expectant mothers

Expectant moms don’t have to walk very far while visiting our Baldwin Park Medical Center, thanks to recently installed “stork parking.” Special signs designate six parking spaces located in the member parking structure, next to the parking for people with disabilities. The special two-hour parking signs are easily identified by an image of a stork.

New valet service

You can now take advantage of our new valet service at our Baldwin Park campus. The service handles about 30 to 35 cars a day from members and visitors, and has been well-received. So far, about 60 percent of those using the service are disabled. The cost is $5 for members and visitors and $4 for parking for people with disabilites. All proceeds go to the parking service provider. The valet service is available at the drop-off area in front of the main entrance.
