How you feel mentally can affect how you feel physically. That’s why we offer programs, available at no cost to members, to help you manage stress and depression before they lead to more serious health problems.

Stress

  • Stress Reduction and Relief (one session): Learn basic skills for coping with stress.
  • Mind-Body Health (eight sessions): Find out more about stress awareness. Learn daily self-care skills and relaxation techniques.

Depression

  • Depression Overview (one session): Learn the signs and symptoms of depression and how to manage them.
  • Depression: Insights and Understanding (eight sessions): Find ways to take care of yourself and break the cycle of depression.

These classes are held at our Health Pavilion at 200 N. Lewis St., in Orange. To register, call 1-888-988-2800.
