Bell pepper pizza

3 bell peppers, different colors, thinly sliced
1/4 cup parsley leaves, chopped
1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
12-14 inch pizza crust
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Makes 12-14 inch crust or buy a prepared crust from the grocery store.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Mix garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread olive oil with garlic over the crust. Add 2 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese. Decorate the pizza with mixed bell peppers. Bake for 4-6 minutes or until crust is just beginning to brown.

Makes 3 servings.
