Easy fish with orange sauce

4 pieces broiled fish (4 ounces each), such as cod, haddock or halibut
1 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
6 slices fresh ginger, about the size of a quarter
6 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ginger, onions and garlic to oil and saute for about 1 minute until fragrant. Do not brown.

Add orange juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain liquid and add back to saucepan. Whisk in cornstarch and boil for 30 seconds until slightly thickened. Pour over broiled fish and dust with fresh cilantro.

Makes 4 servings.
