Nonfat yogurt, plain or vanilla
A high fiber cereal (up to 14 grams of fiber per 1/2 cup)
A combination of bananas, peaches, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, melons.
One scoop of protein powder
Fruit juice of choice, soy milk or rice milk
