Fruit on a stick

2 nectarines
2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups raspberries

Remove the seeds from the nectarines and cut into chunks. Puree with the orange juice in a blender.

Pour into plastic popsicle molds. Divide the whole raspberries among the molds and freeze. (If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use ice cube trays.)

Lots of other combinations are possible, depending on your family's preferences. You could try pears pureed in apple juice with blueberries, or banana pureed in pineapple juice with grapes.

Makes 9 servings.
