Pear and pomegranate salad

1 pomegranate; slit into pieces, extract seeds
6 green-skinned pears; half, core and cut into bite sizes
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped

Mix pears with lime juice. Toss with tarragon and the pomegranate seeds.

Makes 6 servings.
