Silky smoothie

1 cup frozen or fresh fruit of choice
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 ice cubes
Juice of a half lime (optional)
1 tablespoon honey

Add all ingredients into blender and process til creamy.

Makes 2 servings.
