Summer breezes smoothie

6 medium strawberries
1 cup pineapple
1 medium banana
1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar or Splenda (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve in a frosted glass.

Makes 3 servings.
